Booking Fees:
The booking fee for all treatments is £25.
The booking fee is required for all treatments performed both onsite, at our locations, and for home visits.
This is due within 14 days of the date of the treatment or immediately on confirmation of the booking if the treatment is to be performed within this period.
The booking fee is fully redeemable against the cost of the treatment.
Rescheduling:
An appointment date and time may be rescheduled at either the client’s or, exceptionally, at our discretion without incurring an additional fee. If you think you may not be able to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to reschedule at a more convenient time for you.
Cancellations:
Appointments for treatment may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the date of treatment. Clients whose appointments are cancelled prior to this time will receive a full refund of the booking fee. No refund will be given for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment date and time, except under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Amie Conte Beauty.
Payment for Treatments:
Payment for treatments can be made via cash, personal cheque (with valid bank guarantee card), or with a debit or credit card via this website.
All payments must be made prior to the treatment. In the case of cash or cheque, this can be on the day of and immediately before the treatment. Those wishing to pay by debit or credit card may so request whilst booking an appointment and will be sent instructions on how to do this via the website.
Payments via the website must be made within 5 days of the appointment date to allow for clearance.
Delayed or failed payments will be handled in accordance with our standard terms and conditions of service. By making an appointment for a treatment, you acknowledge you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
Refunds:
Refunds for treatments are not normally given except in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Amie Conte Beauty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
